Deep inside our Hearts there is a meeting place where the Heavens and Earth unite as one; an infinite spaciousness where the ecstatic mysteries of life are revealed and where we discover an irrevocable sense of peace. I call this tender, beautiful, limitless dimension of ourselves — the Mystic Heart.

Thousands of years of religious tradition, millions of self-help books, and countless teachers the world over are all pointing us back to this Mystic Heart, back into our original consciousness — back to Presence.

What I am here to offer you is a steady and sustainable path towards the Mystic Heart, an opportunity to be initiated into a deeper relationship with yourself and discover the infinite beauty that lies within.

My work is to establish you on a direct and focused path of self-realization, and to empower your inner-guru so that you may come to rely on your own instincts as you journey home into your Mystic Heart.

Through a combination of authentic mystical practices, reflections, open-hearted conversations, activations, and guided meditations we will establish you on a unique evolutionary path that suits your unique soul energy.

We are here to learn how to meditate in total stillness as much as we are here to dance in harmony with creation.

One of the things I focus on most is the integration of both spirit and body together into a greater wholeness. The most transcendent spiritual states are not relevant if they do not integrate with our everyday lives, and our ordinary lives are limited and devoid of life without the experience of the Mystic.

The path to the Mystic Heart doesn’t have to be complicated or lofty — it is completely accessible from where you are now.

Your journey home will require courage, patience, dedication, honesty, sincerity, and devotion— but if you give yourself to it fully, you will find exactly what it is that you seek.

I invite you to embark upon a journey with me into the Mystic Heart.

Since 2004 I have dedicated my life to spiritual practice and studying the many ways in which traditions around the world approach the ultimate human pursuit of spiritual illumination. My journey of self discovery has taken me all over the world and to many dimensions of reality, from the mystical heights of ecstasy to the depths of human suffering.

Having traveled beyond this plane through both intensive meditation practice and a Near-Death-Experience that had me on the edge of life and death, I became deeply intimate with the transcendental realms.

The 16 years after my NDE represented my integration phase, where I dedicated myself to the art of Embodiment. Here, the highest spiritual truths became integrated with my day-to-day reality and I learned to honor the wisdom of my body, emotions, and the human experience itself.

These experiences have made me into somewhat of a sherpa between the many dimensions of reality that guides people up the mountain of Spirit and back down to the ground of primal Being,.

My dharma, or spiritual purpose, is to create simple, intuitive, evolutionary pathways that are accessible to all, while still retaining their essential mystic potency.

The Direct Path

We can have guides and teachers on the journey to wholeness, but ultimately your own heart will always be the best teacher. Collectively we are evolving past the need for intermediaries between us and the Divine. Too much focus on an external guru-figure inevitably creates a hierarchy and is not conducive to realizing our oneness with life.

That’s why more than ever I find it important to provide you with the means to awaken through your own inner teacher. I will share guidance around subtle nuances and potential downfalls to be aware of on your journey, but I will always point you back to yourself.

What I offer is a reflection of your True Nature; a mirror for your evolution. Awakening is about exposing every part of yourself to your own inner light. I am here to reflect that light and help direct it into the spaces of your consciousness seeking illumination.

My Story

One of my earliest and clearest memories is of staring off into the emptiness as a young child, discovering the immense light that would appear when my mind was receptive and still. Like many children, meditation started early and naturally for me, but I would soon be thrown full-force into the madness and undeniable suffering that exists in this world.

My childhood was full of joy as much as it was emotional extremes. Struggling to integrate my parent’s divorce and destructive behavior at the age of 10, I dove head-first into my troubled teenage years, which were bittersweet — painted by simple joys, deep depressions, tender agonies, and adventurous explorations, with some glimpses into the depths of my soul sprinkled throughout. In high school I went from the torment of deep depression, wearing all black, self-harming, and listening to heavy metal music, to researching psychedelics and listening to music that inspired my soul-path, and by the end of high school I had started to study Mysticism and practice meditation again. At the age of 19 I took initiation into an esoteric yoga lineage, Kriya Yoga, and my spirit was forever ignited. I practiced intensely for a couple of years, experimenting with fasting and solitude before returning to my teacher to receive higher initiations.

This next stage in my unfoldment would lead me into another initiation, this one more intense than I ever could have imagined. At a powerful and sharp crescendo of my spiritual journey in which I was spending several hours daily absorbed in spiritual trance, I was involved in an SUV rollover in Africa. After witnessing two of my brothers pass on from this world to the next, I left my body for 2 weeks while I was in a coma. While out-of-body I traveled in other dimensions for what felt like eons, received profound spiritual initiations, meditated with yogis in the transcendent realms, visited the darkest of hells, and at one point left existence behind to go beyond into the Infinite.

From this incomprehensible realm of peace, I was shocked back into my body by a team of doctors, and it was in that moment I realized that I was here to serve humanity — not to escape to some far-off realm of bliss. For years I had been meditating on leaving this world behind — transcending it. Now I set my intentions firm, and began to focus my devotion towards my human family.

A few months post-recovery, I set off on a 6-month solo journey through India, which fulfilled my deepest yogic yearnings. I met many mystics, sages, and saints who initiated me into rare mystic practices, prophesied my path, and blessed my mission to serve humanity.

My journey since then has been one of integration and refinement. While continuing to deepen my practice, I have learned to embody the indescribable transcendent truths gleaned from my out-of-body experiences, in my daily life. I have been called here to be a bridge between the form and the formless, between the transcendent and the embodied, and between the mind and the Heart.

After a 21 year period of deep inner-cultivation, I have been called into service, and am so happy to be able to offer you the distilled essence of my journey and share the rare and potent spiritual practices I have been blessed to carry.

May we all come to know the Peace and Ecstasy of our True Nature.

My Approach

I believe we all have infinite potential, which is why I love to work with people at all levels. Whether you are beginning on your spiritual journey or are at an advanced stage of practice, it is my honor to support you in the unfolding of your deepest essence. Ultimately, evolution is cyclical, spiralic, dynamic and spontaneous, which is why I place more value on showing up with an open heart than spiritual accomplishments.

I’m not concerned with how many Vipassanas or medicine ceremonies you’ve been apart of. I’m certainly not concerned with your status or achievements. What I care about is getting past all self-identification and mental structures to pierce through to the heart of who you truly are.

What I require of you, is simply that you show up with real sincerity and an open heart.

My Specialties

Over the years I have been initiated into some of the most beautiful, rare, and potent yogic practices in the world. My dharma is to share these practices with you in a way that is accessible and integrative. Among the practices I offer, I tend to focus on:

Kriya Yoga
Initiation and continued guidance into the Holy Science of Kriya Yoga, an ancient system of pranayama and meditation, known as the Lightning Path, established in the West by Paramahansa Yogananda

Mantra
The vibrational language of the Divine through which we retune ourselves to pure consciousness.

Tantric Sexuality
Engaging the senses and our sexuality as a powerful yogic and meditative practice

9 Sacred Heartbreaths
9 breaths received in meditation that empower the heart to be the center of our consciousness, and helps directly to open the Mystic Heart, the infinite field of enlightenment within.

Micro-yogas
Awareness practices that help us to integrate our soul into our everyday life and live a healthy, fulfilling existence on Earth.

Mentorship Themes

Meditation

Meditation nourishes mind, body, and soul, and provides us with an infusion of pure life-force energy on the deepest levels of our being. When we meditate we rest our minds, open our hearts, and get closer to ourselves and the whole of life. On one level meditation is a simple act of self-love that improves our overall wellbeing, and on the next it can be the vessel through which we are supported in becoming free, liberated souls.

There is simply no substitute for still, silent meditation. It is in the stillness where the Truth is revealed and we receive a direct imprint of our soul’s innate wisdom. Relaxing into a sense of spaciousness beyond the mind not only connects us to our true nature, it is also extremely supportive in navigating everyday life.

The more we tap into meditative stillness the easier it translates into the flow of our lives, making our existence itself a meditation. Guiding you into progressively deeper meditative states is one of the primary focuses of my work. I do this through guided meditations, channeled practices, and through the rest of specialities listed here.

Tantra

Tantra is the weaving together of all dimensions of Self into total spiritual wholeness. It is a path of balance wherein we find the union between all polarities that exist within and outside of ourselves.

Whereas classical yoga is focused solely on transcendence, Tantra is about finding integration between the transcendent and the embodied. Tantra teaches us to embrace the body, senses, emotions, and our dynamic human nature as inherently and beautifully Divine.

In the modern world, and especially in the West, Tantra is associated almost exclusively with sexual practices — and while these practices can help us on the journey to self-realization, without proper context they easily become deterrents.

I offer Tantra teachings through a holistic lens that incorporates both body-based and sexual practices alongside more traditional practices such as Mantra, Yantra, Meditation, Goddess Worship, and the cultivation of total Presence.

Breath Mastery

Mastering the breath is the most intuitive and effective way to shift our consciousness and awaken to our True Nature. It is the simplest, most natural, and most universal path to self-realization.

Learning conscious breathing enters us into a conversation with our soul and helps us to create a bridge between our spirit and body. Breath mastery helps us to create a relationship with our inner landscapes and unlock the secrets of our subtle bodies.

There is really no way to describe the beauty of cultivating an intimate relationship with our own breath. It is something that is easily overlooked in society, and even within the realm of spiritual practice. Because it is so simple and ubiquitous the true potency of a healthy breath-practice is often obscured, but I am here to show you just how beautiful and profound the breath can be.

Having studied and practiced breath in-depth for 21 years, I draw from a wide variety of beginner to advanced level breathing practices suited to your unique evolutionary path.

Embodied Living

The journey of spiritual awakening isn’t only about reaching the transcendent realms of eternal bliss; it is also about living our embodied Truth. It is about cultivating Presence and integrating our highest spiritual realizations into our everyday lives. It is about finding balance between the internal and the external, being in-touch with the vast spectrum of human emotions, cultivating constant surrender, and learning to live from our Heart.

Embodied living is about embracing our tender human existence with simultaneous awareness of our divine origin. It means living in harmony with life and in healthy relationship with our emotions, mind, body, and others. When our spirit is embodied, we naturally live out our dharma – our soul’s most essential purpose.

The Embodied Living practices I share are centered around cultivating Presence, expanding awareness, conscious relating and relationship alchemy, nervous system regulation, psychological self-knowing, and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The Path of the Goddess

Naturally my path has been one of devotion to the Divine Feminine, which has held the greatest spiritual influence in my life. I feel that now more than ever, the virtues of the Goddess — compassion, receptivity, and nurturing — are necessary for us to evolve and come into harmony as a society.

Throughout the last 18 years, the Divine Feminine has shown up in my life in the form of the Six Mahadevi — Six Divine Archetypes of the Goddess, each representing a unique principle of creation, and each with the ability to guide us home into the Mystic Heart.

The 6 Goddesses are alchemical mirrors for our evolution. Through their guidance and reflection we come to embody their energetic qualities and remember our innate wholeness.

Through many initiations and revelatory experiences, the Goddesses entrusted me with Sri Shakti Tantra, their pathway into the Mystic Heart. This pathway is Tantric in essence and consists of many of the same practices of Mantra, Pranayama, and Meditation, with a special focus on cultivating a direct relationship with each Goddess.

Matters of the Heart

The heart is the portal to our primordial essence. It is the unifying space of original consciousness that dissolves all the duality of our minds and harmonizes us with our true nature. Really, the entire spiritual journey can be summed us as one that leads us from the mind into the heart. By consciously opening the heart, untying long-held knots, and exposing hidden chambers to the light of love, we are engaging in a powerful and necessary act of yoga.

In mentorship, I open the space for matters of the heart— your most challenging internal processes, your resistances, your hopes, your dreams, and whatever it is that allows your heart to unravel and reveal its true essence.

Once we are established in heart consciousness, we can then engage the mind wisely, as a loving servant of the heart, ensuring that all of our actions and mental processes are guided and sourced from love.

By clearing and cleansing the heart, nurturing it, supporting it, and honoring it, we are naturally unraveling ourselves into the Mystic Heart— that infinite space of enlightenment within.

Unraveling the Mystic Heart

The most effective way I have found to reflect and transmit the heart-essence and share yogic initiations is through a dedicated container where I focus on only 2 to 3 students at a time. This kind of private instruction allows me to be fully devoted to the person I am working with and creates a focused space in which quantum level transformation becomes possible.

I find it indispensable to get to know you and establish a relationship that allows us to show up in full trust. The journey of discovering our True Nature is mysterious and dynamic, and is most effective when we open our hearts to one another.

We meet in a calm, nurturing, and grounded container — a light-hearted, low-pressure space where neither of us takes ourselves too seriously, and yet we are still in tune with the infinite potential that is available. I’m easy-going yet unwaveringly dedicated to the clarifying light of truth, and I’m not afraid to use my sword of wisdom.

The Mystic Heart is the abode of Truth; an ever-expanding field of enlightenment, wide enough to encompass both the greatest suffering and the most blissful ecstasies.

The Mystic Heart is the place of Nirvana, Satori, Liberation, Self-Realization, and it is also the place where these transcendent states merge with the tender human experience and flow out into our lives to touch all we encounter.

May we all come to know the beauty, peace, and bliss of the Mystic Heart.

With Love,
Marco
